I began week 8 as I do all weeks with a trip to the scale. Solid numbers again this week with 4.4 lbs lost. 6 more workout weeks left, until May 23rd, to lose 10.1 lbs. Somewhat more important than the weight loss which is a normal by-product, I feel so much better. More energy, stamina, etc. I feel great.

What Trevor doesn't mention here is that this week also included a night out at the Cheesecake Factory and he did great. I'm really proud of you, you hot, sexy piece of meat!

ReplyDelete@Dave, It had dressing and chicken too! I was shocked to see something on that menu under 1000 caleries. Most of it was 1500+ with some 2500+. I am sure that stuff tasted better!
